Room rate: $194 + tax and a $15 resort fee
Room rates include a discounted resort fee of $15.00 (originally $48.00) per room per night. This charge includes:
- Daily scheduled shuttle service to: Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Universal EPIC, SeaWorld, and Vineland Premium Outlets
- Daily enhanced wireless internet in guest rooms
- A one-time welcome resort beverage, two coupons per room, per stay (includes a selection of spirits, wine, beer, or soft drinks)
All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Airport Information
The nearest airport to the conference venue is the Orlando International Airport (MCO), located approximately 13 miles from the venue.
Transportation options include shuttle service, taxis, Uber, and rental cars. Travel from the airport to the conference venue is the responsibility of the attendee.
