The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation (HPNF) received generous grant funding from the Jack Buncher Foundation and the Y.C. Ho/Helen & Michael Chiang Foundation to provide dedicated support and resources for hospice and palliative care LPN/LVNs. This grant aims to connect LPNs with meaningful networking, resources, and educational opportunities that strengthen their practice and lead to improved quality of life for patients and families living with serious illness.
