The 2027 HPNA Annual Conference will take place September 22-24, 2027.
Early registration is recommended to secure your spot and take advantage of discounted rates, which are available through July 15, 2027. The in-person conference registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, exhibitors, posters, and networking events, as well as conference materials and a certificate of attendance.

New in 2027! Attendees from the 2025 or 2026 HPNA Annual Conference receive a loyalty discount for returning in 2027! This discount is automatically applied when selecting your registration.

Extra Offerings
Registration includes access to the main conference. The Pre-Conference workshops must be added separately during the registration process if you wish to attend.
The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation (HPNF) offers up to six scholarships annually for HPNA members to attend the conference. The scholarship covers the cost of registration for the event.
Individuals who are selected for the scholarship but have already registered for the event will be reimbursed. The deadline to apply is May 1, 2027.

As a Buddy, you’ll connect with a first-time attendee, introduce them to other conference participants, and spend time together throughout the conference. It’s a great opportunity to expand your own network while helping a fellow HPNA community member feel right at home.

Is this your first HPNA Annual Conference? You don’t have to navigate it alone! Request a conference Buddy and connect with an experienced attendee who can help you get acquainted, introduce you to others, and make the most of your conference experience.
Simply select this option during the registration process. You’ll be paired with an experienced attendee who will connect with you before and/or during the conference.
