HPCC 2026 Recertification Task Force
The Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center (HPCC) is seeking volunteers to participate on a recertification task force. HPCC hopes to have representation from all credentials (ACHPN®, APHSW-C®, CHPCA®, CHPLN®, CHPN®, CHPNA®, CHPPN®, and CPLC®).
The task force will be charged with reviewing the current recertification requirements and providing feedback and recommendations using their expertise and knowledge of the recertification process.
