The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation (HPNF) received generous grant funding from the Jack Buncher Foundation, the McElhattan Foundation, and the Y.C. Ho/Helen & Michael Chiang Foundation to provide dedicated support and resources for hospice and palliative care nurses for the creation of these pages. This grant aims to connect members with meaningful networking, resources, and educational opportunities that strengthen their practice and lead to improved quality of life for patients and families living with serious illness.
