HPNA Member Getting Started Guide

MyPortal is your personalized member dashboard. It serves as your central hub for:

• Membership details and status
• Certification information and expiration dates
• Continuing Education (CE) credits
• Access to journals and educational content
• Account settings and profile updates

1. Visit the HPNA website
2. Click Login (top right corner)
3. Enter your username and password
4. Select MyPortal from your account menu

Within MyPortal, navigate to About me. Here, you’ll find:

• Membership Status
• Renewal Date
• Membership History
• HPCC Certification History

You can access HPNA’s journals with the following steps:

• Log into MyPortal
• Select the Journal of Palliative Medicine or Journal of Hospice and Palliative Nursing

This includes access to member publications and subscription-based content.

The HPNA Community is an online networking platform where members can:

• Connect with peers
• Participate in discussions
• Share resources and best practices

How to Access:

• Log into MyPortal
• Click on HPNA Community in the navigation menu
• Or by clicking on the green highlighted HPNA Community tab

View available scholarships here or by viewing the “Foundation” tab on the website.

View HPNA Awards here or by viewing the “Get Involved” tab on the website.

HPNA educational offerings are available through:

•  Navigate to HPNA Learning Center tab

Here, you will find:

• Courses and modules
• Webinars

To view and manage your continuing education:

• Log into MyPortal
• Navigate to HPNA Learning Center tab

Here, you can:

• View completed continuing education
• Download evaluation certificates
• Track progress

Your certification details can be found in:

• MyPortal → About Me

This section includes:

• Certification type(s)
• Certification ID
• Expiration date
