HPNA Receives 2025 Excellence Award for Professional Development from the Brandon Hall Group™
The 2025 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® recognizes best practices for initiatives in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and the Future of Work.
The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA), a leader in innovative education for hospice and palliative care nurses, received a coveted Brandon Hall Group Silver award for excellence in the Best Association Professional Development Program category.
HPNA received the award for its Palliative Care BASICS series, a state-of-the-art eLearning resource consisting of modules designed to provide essential practice knowledge on hospice and palliative care. This series was generously funded by the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation (HPNF) and is available free for HPNA members. HPNA received the award on August 14, 2025. Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives based on these criteria:
- Alignment to their business needs and environment.
- Program design, functionality, and delivery.
- Adoption, integration, user experience, innovation, and creativity.
- Overall effectiveness, impact, and measurable benefits.
Excellence Award winners will continue to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, February 9–12, 2026, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners will also serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
