Serving on the board offers a unique, meaningful opportunity to broaden your leadership skills while deepening your dedication to hospice and palliative care.

The HPNA/HPNF Governance Committee feels strongly that the Board of Directors should reflect the HPNA membership. Applications are encouraged from candidates who are:

• Passionate about leadership
• Interested in leadership development
• Providing direct hospice care
• Members of the Z generation
• Members of trans and gender nonbinary communities
• Members of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities
