The HPNA Conference will take place in-person May 7-8, 2026.
Early registration is recommended to secure your spot and take advantage of discounted rates, which are available through March 20, 2026. The in-person conference registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, workshops, keynote speeches, and networking events, as well as conference materials and a certificate of attendance.
Register by March 20, 2026 for a chance to receive a $500 Disney gift card! An individual will be randomly selected and contacted after the early bird deadline.
*The non-member rate includes a one-year HPNA membership.

Pre-Conference Session: Lessons in Leadership Using the Art of Poker

Shuffle the deck and elevate your leadership game! In this hands-on session, palliative care professionals will explore the art of leadership through the strategic lens of poker. Just as poker players assess risks, make critical decisions under pressure, and understand the importance of reading people, attendees will learn to enhance their leadership skills in clinical and corporate environments.
Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation Circle of Care Reception

Connect with your pride of fellow nurses and celebrate the circle of life, care, and community that defines your work during the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation “Circle of Care Reception.” HPNF will honor the strength, compassion, and dedication of hospice and palliative care nurses with a signature cocktail, savanna-inspired bites, and Hakuna Matata fun.
Scholarships Available
The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation (HPNF) offers up to six scholarships annually for HPNA members to attend the HPNA Conference. The scholarship covers the cost of registration for the event.
Individuals who are selected for the scholarship but have already registered for the event will be reimbursed. The deadline to apply is January 30, 2026. Learn more

This event requires pre-registration. Registration will not be available on-site.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are refundable, minus a $75 administrative fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing to info@hpna.org by Monday, March 23, 2026. Cancellations received in writing between March 24-April 20, 2026, will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee. Please allow a minimum of 10-14 days for refunds to be processed. After Monday, April 20, 2026, no refunds will be given. No memberships will be refunded.
