HPCC Launches Digital Badging Program
The Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center (HPCC) is happy to announce the launch of its digital badging program. HPCC partnered with Credly, an end-to-end solution for issuing and managing digital credentials, to deliver badges to its certificants.
The benefits of using a digital badge allow our certificants to share their abilities online in a way that is simple, trusted, and can be easily verified in real-time. Badges provide employers and peers with concrete evidence of what the certificant had to do to earn the credential and what they’re now capable of. It will also show when a certificant earned the credential and when it will expire. Digital badges can be shared in an email signature, digital resume, or on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
“HPCC is excited to offer its current and future certificants a digital badge as part of their certifiction,” said HPCC Senior Vice President of Credentialing and Health Policy Chad Reilly, MBA, CAE. “Investing in new and beneficial programs for our certificants is a testament to HPCC’s mission to be the premier national credentialing organization for hospice and palliative nurses and social workers.”
HPCC has badges available for all eight of its programs, ACHPN®, APHSW-C, CHPCA®, CHPLN®, CHPN®, CHPNA®, CHPPN®, and CPLC®. All new certificants will receive an email from Credly shortly after passing their HPCC exam to accept their badge.
We are committed to providing its certificants with valuable tools and resources through new and improved offerings. For more information about our digital badging program, click here.
