She discusses leadership styles and the importance of self-reflection in leadership growth.

Lyn Ceronsky, DNP, GNP, FPCN director of a system wide palliative care program for 15 years and leader of CAPC Palliative Care Leadership Center provides information on the steps, challenges, and opportunities involved with starting a palliative care program.
