HPNA’s Nursing Resource Guides (NRGs) are quick reference sheets for clinicians on a variety of symptoms and topics. These on-the-go guides offer an overview of the symptom, common causes, and interventional strategies. Access NRGs while in the field from your phone, tablet, or computer, or download and print them to have on-hand.

Previously only accessible with an HPNA membership, we are excited to share that NRGs are now open access and available to all! Additionally, the full NRG library is now available in Spanish.

“We are thrilled to provide open access to our full library of NRGs because it presents a valuable educational opportunity for health professionals across the interdisciplinary team to access free educational resources on topics related to the care of  patients and families dealing with serious illness,” said Michelle Webb, DNP, RN, CHPCA®, president of HPNA and HPNF.  Additionally, offering learners the opportunity to utilize free NRGs in their choice of English or Spanish is a deliberate step HPNA has taken in the journey to make our educational resources more accessible and inclusive.”

HPNA encourages you to take advantage of these valuable resources and share them with your team!

The Spanish translation of HPNA’s full NRG library was made possible through generous grant funding from the McElhattan Foundation.
