HPCC Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Task Force
We are pleased to announce that HPCC will launch a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Task Force in June 2023.

The vision of the HPCC Board of Directors is to have a world in which those providing care as well as those receiving care, including historically marginalized populations, have the best available resources and support.

HPCC is seeking individuals who are passionate about developing a culture and processes that prioritize diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

This task force will consist of 7-9 members who will be asked to serve for a period of 12 months. The time commitment is estimated to include 1-hour, monthly virtual meetings with up to 2 additional hours needed each month for work outside of the scheduled meetings.

At the end of 12 months, the HPCC Board of Directors will decide if the task force should transition to a committee. Once DEIB Task Force members are selected and notified, the task force will focus on establishing goals, objectives, working agreements, and communications. The DEIB Task Force will participate in a launch session in June and meet monthly for 12 months.

If you are interested in becoming a task force member, please complete the online application by the end of day Monday, May 22, 2023.
