About the Conference
The Team Conference for Hospice and Palliative Care brings the interdisciplinary team together to learn, network, and grow. HPNA made the decision to transition from our previous Clinical Practice Forum to this virtual Team Conference to expand learning and networking for the full interdisciplinary team.
This 1-day conference brings together colleagues in hospice and palliative care to explore best practices that enhance the specialty and improve patient and caregiver outcomes. This conference aims for colleagues to connect with one another and leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired in their own journey of hospice and palliative healthcare.
The Team Conference is designed for registered nurses, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, licensed practical/vocational nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, physicians, students, and other members of the healthcare team.
Registration is now open!

The complex management of patients living with serious illness continues to grow throughout the United States. The challenges that arise from the increased demand and complexity of cases can become overwhelming to the healthcare team. Hospice and palliative healthcare providers need to have evidence-based discussion points on issues related to the specialty.
