In addition to providing development opportunities, this conference was created to:
- educate educate local leaders regarding the benefits and obligations of establishing HPNA chapters and provisional groups,
- personally communicate with the HPNA Board of Directors, industry leaders, and national office staff,
- facilitate open dialogue, sharing of ideas, professional networking, and mentoring of local leaders with each other and the HPNA Board of Directors.
